Chief mixologist Chris McMillian is known for his professionalism and creativity behind the bar. A long-time favorite of cocktail aficionados, Chris creates many of his one-of-a-kind specialty drinks based on fresh, seasonal ingredients. A New Orleans native, Chris is an award-winning, fourth-generation bartender and a founder of the Museum of the American Cocktail.
